Volunteer Rebrand - RSF

Project Objective: The overarching objective of this project was to establish a centralized hub where volunteers could seamlessly access all pertinent information regarding volunteering opportunities. Additionally, the aim was to bolster volunteer recruitment efforts and foster a heightened desire to engage in volunteering activities.

Approach: To fulfill these objectives, I embarked on a multifaceted approach, leveraging various mediums to create an engaging volunteer experience. This included the development of a SquareSpace microsite, an informative trifold brochure, a revamped newsletter, and a dynamic slide deck. Central to this endeavor was the creation of a cohesive visual brand identity for the department, complete with a bespoke icon pack designed to enhance visual consistency across all deliverables.

Deliverables:

  1. SquareSpace Microsite: A user-friendly online platform providing volunteers with easy access to comprehensive information and resources.

  2. Informational Trifold: A succinct and visually engaging brochure outlining key volunteering details and opportunities.

  3. Newsletter: A refreshed and revitalized newsletter designed to inform, inspire, and connect with volunteers on a regular basis.

  4. Slide Deck: A dynamic presentation tool crafted to effectively communicate volunteering initiatives and opportunities.

By establishing a cohesive visual brand identity and leveraging strategic design elements, this project aimed to not only streamline volunteer information accessibility but also to inspire and motivate individuals to actively participate in volunteering endeavors.
